焊接头问题处理：无扳机信号（中英）

表现：

Manifestation:

扣动扳机按钮时，检测页【激光器扳机信号】显示为灰色

When the trigger button is pulled, the detection page [Laser Trigger Signal] is grayed out

原因分析：

Cause analysis:

  扣动扳机时，信号接口一的7/8脚应导通状态，当出现断路或主板内部问题，则显示为灰色，结构如下图

When the trigger is pulled, the 7/8 pin of signal interface one should be on state, and when there is an open circuit or internal problems of the motherboard, it is displayed in gray, and the structure is shown as follows

故障处理：

Troubleshooting :

①同时测试安全地锁信号是否正常，个别情况为航空插口松动，会导致两个信号都没有，航插位于焊接枪的线往后80cm处

(1) At the same time, test whether the safety lock signal is normal, in some cases, the aviation socket is loose, which will lead to no two signals, and the aviation socket is located 80cm behind the line of the welding gun

②直接短接信号接口一的7/8脚，如导通则主板没问题，继续下一步的检查

(2) Directly shortconnect the 7/8 pin of signal interface one, if it is conductive, the motherboard is no problem, continue to the next step of inspection

③拆开按钮，测量按钮到端子的通断，个别情况为线断了

(3) Disassemble the button, measure the on-off of the button to the terminal, and in some cases, the wire is broken

④当以上都没有问题时，多数为按钮本身的问题，如接触不良等，需更换按钮

(4) When there are no problems with the above, most of them are problems with the button itself, such as poor contact, etc., and the button needs to be replaced
