焊接头问题处理：无安全地锁信号（中英）

表现：

Manifestation:

焊接枪与工件接触时，检测页【安全地锁信号】显示为灰色

When the welding gun is in contact with the workpiece, the inspection page [Safety locksignal] is grayed out

原因分析：

Cause analysis:

  焊接枪与工件接触时，信号接口一的5/6脚应导通状态，当出现断路或主板内部问题，则显示为灰色，结构如下图

When the welding gun is in contact with the workpiece, the 5/6 pin of the signal interface should be in the conduction state, and when there is an open circuit or internal problems of the motherboard, it is displayed in gray, and the structure is shown as follows

5脚连到安全地锁夹头，与工件接触

The 5-pin is connected to the safety lock chuck and is in contact with the workpiece

6脚通过三芯线连接到焊接枪枪头

The 6-pin is connected to the welding gun tip by a three-core wire

故障处理：

Troubleshooting :

1、同时测试扳机信号是否正常，个别情况为航空插口松动，会导致两个信号都没有，航插位于焊接枪的线往后80cm处

At the same time, test whether the trigger signal is normal, in some cases, the aviation socket is loose, which will lead to no two signals, and the aviation insert is located 80cm behind the line of the welding gun

2、直接短接信号接口一的5/6脚，如导通则主板没问题，继续下一步的检查

Directly shortconnect the 5/6 pin of the signal interface one, if the conduction is fine, the motherboard is fine, continue to the next step of inspection

3、测量安全地锁夹子到5脚的通断

Measure the on-off of the safety lock clip to 5 feet

4、测量铜嘴到6脚的通断，个别情况为线断了，可使用万用表测量信号通断

Measure the onoff of the copper nozzle to 6 feet, in some cases, the line is broken, and the signal can be measured on and off with a multimeter
