焊接头问题处理：出气不出光（中英）

表现：

Manifestation:

  焊接状态时，扣动扳机后，出气送丝，红光正常可见，但是不出激光

In the welding state, after pulling the trigger, the gas is fed, and the red light is normally visible, but the laser is not out

原因分析：

Cause analysis:

  逻辑上，当出气时，出光信号也会发出去的，当激光器未收到出光信号（端口故障）或激光器有问题时

Logically, when the gas is out, the light signal is also emitted, when the laser does not receive the light signal (port failure) or there is a problem with the laser

解决方案

solution

①首先排除激光器本身存在报警，请注意，激光器电压不稳定时也会不出光也不报警

(1) First of all, exclude the alarm of the laser itself, please note that when the laser voltage is unstable, it will not produce light or alarm

②凡是涉及到关机重启后正常的，多数可能是激光器本身的可复位报警，建议联系激光器厂家或者监控看下内部报警

(2) Where it is normal after shutdown and restart, most of them may be resettable alarms of the laser itself, it is recommended to contact the laser manufacturer or monitor the internal alarm

③针对激光器的触发信号，两种方案来测试

最简单就是链接激光器的监控软件，来查看缺失哪个信号。

另外可以测量信号接口三的信号口

通常，激光器只有收到使能/PWM/模拟量信号才会出光。

Typically, lasers emit light only when they receive an enable/PWM/analog signal.

因此，我们可以在【工作状态下，即出气or出丝】或者使用【诊断功能，独立打开使能/PWM/模拟量】，然后测量信号是否发出来

（测量时请务必拔掉信号接口三的各端口上激光器的线，如图所示）

使能信号：2/4脚 24V

Enable signal: 2/4 pin 24V

PWM调制解调信号：6/7脚 24V

PWM modulation and demodulation signal: 6/7 pin 24V

模拟量信号：4/5脚 等比例电压，满功率下有10V

Analog signal: 4/5 pin equal proportional voltage, 10V at full power

如果以上信号正常，依旧不出光，则联系激光器厂家处理

If the above signal is normal and still does not produce light, contact the laser manufacturer for processing

如使能/PWM其中一个没电压，可以放在一起使用，如PWM接使能信号脚

If one of the enable/PWM is not voltage, it can be put together, such as PWM connected to the enable signal pin

如模拟量没有电压，且红光是一条线，返厂维修或更换主板

If there is no voltage in the analog quantity, and the red light is a line, return to the factory for repair or replace the motherboard

如模拟量没有电压，且红光是一个点，则检查15V开关电源±是不是接反了

If there is no voltage in the analog quantity and the red light is a point, check whether the 15V switching power supply ± is reversed
