激光器与控制盒的接线逻辑(中英)


一.控制盒的接线定义

控制盒提供了必要的硬线信号接口,根据激光器的说明书提供的定义匹配接线,以SUP20S手持焊接为例


One. Wiring definition of the control box


The control box provides the necessary hard-wired signal interface to match the wiring according to the definition provided in the laser's manual, taking SUP20S handheld welding as an example



如上图所示,必要的三组信号为

2/4脚使能信号,工作时输出24V电压控制信号

4/5脚模拟量信号,工作时输出额定的电压控制信号(满功率下10V输出,输出电压为工艺的峰值功率除以(设置界面里的激光器的总功率除以10),假设激光器功率为2000,工艺峰值功率为1000,则输出电压为5V)

6/7脚为PWM调制信号,工作时输出为24V


4号脚为使能.DA.3号脚的共用地!!!


As shown in the figure above, the three necessary sets of signals are:


The 2/4 pin enables the signal, and outputs the 24V voltage control signal during operation


4/5 pin analog signal, output rated voltage control signal when working (10V output at full power, output voltage is the peak power of the process divided by (the total power of the laser in the setting interface divided by 10), assuming the laser power is 2000, the process peak power is 1000, the output voltage is 5V)


Pin 6/7 is a PWM modulation signal, and the output is 24V when working


Pin 4 is enabled. DA.3 Foot Common!!


.激光器的接线匹配

  任何激光器都需要以上三组信号,但厂商不同,接线定义不一样,应按照激光器的逻辑进行接线

个别激光器需要触发信号,如锐科个别型号的红光触发,恩耐激光器的控制模式的触发,这些都是需要24V,应接在控制盒的3号脚


列如:锐科小体型激光器,首先看他的说明书提供的定义

Two. Wiring matching of the laser


Any laser needs the above three sets of signals, but different manufacturers have different wiring definitions, and the wiring should be routed according to the logic of the laser


(Individual lasers need trigger signals, such as the red light trigger of individual models of Ruike, and the triggering of the control mode of Ennai laser, which all require 24V, which should be connected to the No. 3 pin of the control box)


For example, Ruike small size laser, first look at the definition provided in his manual


在他们提供的定义中,使能+是18号脚,使能-是20号脚(18的返回端)

提供使能信号,以此类推,接线完成后,出光测试,如果激光器不出光,接激光器的监控看一下哪个信号没有,然后做对应检查


In the definition they provide, enable+ is pin 18 and enable- is pin 20 (the return end of pin 18)
