一.铜嘴的使用 Use of copper nozzles



铜嘴的分类主要区分:是否送丝,焊丝的大小,焊接角度,如上图所示,如内角送丝焊接1.0的焊丝则使用AS-12的铜嘴

The classification of copper nozzle mainly distinguishes whether to feed wire, the size of welding wire and the welding angle, as shown in the above figure. For the welding wire with inner angle feeding welding 1.0, AS-12 copper nozzle is used.




二.焊丝的选择 Selection of welding wire

按照焊接板材的不同,我们需要使用不同的焊丝(气体保护实芯焊丝)

不锈钢=不锈钢焊丝 如:ER304

碳钢/镀锌板=铁丝

铝=铝丝 (铝焊丝我们建议使用5系以上的合金铝,硬度较高,不容易卡死)


According to the different welding plates, we need to use different welding wires (gas shielded solid wire).

Stainless steel = stainless steel welding wire such as ER304

Carbon steel/galvanized sheet = iron wire

Aluminum = aluminum wire (aluminum welding wire, we suggest to use more than 5 series of alloy aluminum, which has higher hardness and is not easy to jam).


三.气体的选择 Selection of gas


①常见氮气或氩气两种,焊接不锈钢我们建议使用氮气,焊接效果更好,请勿使用混合/二氧化碳气体

There are two common types: nitrogen or argon. For welding stainless steel, we suggest using nitrogen, which has better welding effect. Do not use mixed/carbon dioxide gas.

②气压要求:流量表不低于15,压力表不低于3

Air pressure requirements: the flow meter shall not be less than 15 and the pressure gauge shall not be less than 3.



四.焦点 Focus

请注意:不同的机型使用的刻度管不一样!!!

Please note: different models use different calibration tubes! ! !


通常情况下,使用0焦焊接(刻度管的0不代表焦点为0,受激光器影响,以实际为准

Usually, 0-focus welding is used (0 of the calibration tube does not mean that the focus is 0, which is influenced by the laser, so it shall prevail).





注:正焦距为激光火苗最大,声音最清脆的位置

Note: The positive focal length is the position where the laser flame is the largest and the sound is the clearest.


连续穿透焊的一般工艺控制:单点时如果背面可以看到轻微变色的痕迹,那么在连续焊接的时候可以做到比较好的穿透焊接;如果背面看到明显的痕迹,甚至可以感觉到已经穿透,那么,在连续焊接的时候会飞溅,甚至出现一条深坑。具体要根据实际样品调整焦距和能量大小以及波形。

General process control of continuous penetration welding: if the trace of slight discoloration can be seen on the back at a single point, better penetration welding can be achieved during continuous welding; If you see obvious marks on the back, you can even feel that it has penetrated, then it will splash and even appear a deep pit during continuous welding. Specifically, the focal length, energy and waveform should be adjusted according to the actual sample.


越薄的材料,所需要的光斑越小,否则就会出现焊穿的情况。

The thinner the material, the smaller the required light spot, otherwise there will be welding penetration.
