1.1Electricalsafety①Thisequipment uses 24V DC power supply, users should pay attention to the safety ofelectricity, to avoid electric shock. ②To ensure thenormal operation of the device, avoid electrostatic damage and device leakage.The equipment should pay attention to safe grounding measures, that is, connectthe conductive part to the protection (grounding) wire in the fixed wiring ofthe product, so that the accessible conductive part will not become a live partwhen the basic insulation fails. Additional safety measures (e.g. doubleinsulation or reinforced insulation) can be added as appropriate. ③The inside ofthe chassis does not contain accessories that require user operation. Table 4.2 List of wire feed wheelmodels Picture4.2-1 Schematic diagram of wire feed tube and wire feed wheel 4.2.2Wirereel installation When installing the wire reel, note: l Select welding wire according towelding material; l Thepositioning hole of the wire reel should be aligned with the positioning pin ofthe damping shaft, so that the wire reel and the damping shaft can rotatesmoothly to avoid friction between the wire reel and the damping shaft,resulting in unstable wire feeding. 4.2.3Wirefeeding tube installation When installing the wire feed pipe,attention should be paid to: l Loosen the locking screw and insert thewire feed tube so that the wire feed tube does not rub with the wire feed wheeland is convenient to insert the welding wire; l The standard is equipped with a set oftwo wire feeding tubes, (Fe0816-3 40150, Picture 4.2-3) to connect the wireoutlet and welding gun, (Fe0816-3 ends of the end joint) to connect the wireinlet and the wire tray, to avoid mixing; l After inserting the screws into theappropriate position, it is appropriate to shake the wire feed pipe withoutshaking; l The damping shaft is fixed with 3-M8bolts at 120° distribution. 4.2.4Assembly of wire feeding tube and welding head Taking 25A and 26A double swing weldingguns as an example, the wire feeding tube is assembled as shown in thefollowing figure. l Select a connection block based on thetype of the welded joint; l Ensure that the welding wire is stuckin the copper nozzle slot, and then lock the hex screw. Picture 4.2.4 4.3Operatinginterface The wire feeder has a 4-inch touch screen with a resolution of 480×480. 4.3.2Interface Settings page 四、maintenance5.1Routine maintenance Daily use precautions: l Equipmentshould be effectively grounded; l Protectthe touch screen to avoid the screen panel being squeezed or smashed; l Correctlyinstall the welding wire, check and dredge regularly to avoid friction causedby improper assembly, resulting in metal chips blocking the wire feed wheel boxand wire feed pipe; l Whenworking in harsh environments, pay attention to water and dust proofing, and donot soak the equipment in water. 5.2Faulthandling 5.2.1Control logic Wire feeder through the tail of the eight-pin plugsignal line, connected to the control box signal interface 2 5/6 pin (markedwire feeder +/-) control wire. When the light is welded out,the main board of the control box gives the wire feed enable signal, the maincontrol board of the wire feed machine drives the single machine to run, andthe wire feed machine starts to work. 5.2.2Motherboard interface Picture 5.2.2 -V1.3 Main control board 5.2.3Common exceptions and solutions 1、Wire feeding anomaly The final effect of wire production is affected by many aspects, such asthe bending of wire feed tube and welding wire assembly. For example:insufficient wire feed thrust, wire delay is obvious. The wire is stuck, the wire is abnormal. Please check whether the wire feedwheel is correctly configured and the related components are worn. 2、The breaking effect is abnormal Optimize by adjusting "draw length", "filling length"and "filling delay" respectively. For example:if the pulling force is small or there is too much redundantwelding wire in the wire feed tube, the "pulling length" isincreased, and the "filling length" is increased correspondingly. After the welding wire is broken, the wire is glued twice, and the"filling delay" can be appropriately increased. 3、Motor anomaly The port on the main control board is abnormal, the motor is faulty, or thecables are loose. Normal and abnormal motors can be cross-tested, as shown inFigure 5.2.2, "J1", "J9" and "J12". Furtherdetermine the fault point. 4、The wire feeder does not feed wire as a whole The main control board is faulty or the circuit is faulty. When troubleshooting the wire feeder fault, ensure that the wire feedingenable signal of the welding control box is normal. You can preliminarily judge whether the wire feeder is normal by observingthe [wire feed enable signal] of the welding system [monitoring page] or[diagnosis page] : If after the trigger is pressed, the [wire feed enablesignal] indicator of the welding system [monitoring page] lights up (green),but the wire feeder does not actually feed wire; Or enter the "diagnosispage" of the welding system, turn on the "wire feed enable"switch, and the theoretical output state light is on (green), but the wire feedmachine is not actually fed, then it is preliminarily judged that the wire feedmachine is not working normally. |
