一、   注意事项

Matters Need Attention


本产品属于激光焊接设备,涉及激光产品的装配使用,适用交流额定电压110V~220V

的、户内和户外使用的手持式、可移式和固定式的各类电气设备的基本安全标准。

This product belongs tolaser welding equipment and relates to the assembly and use of laser products.It is suitable for AC rated voltage of 110 V ~ 220 V.

Basic safety standards for hand-held, movable andfixed electrical equipment for indoor and outdoor use.

为了确保安全生产和设备正常运行,建议用户于整机设备上张贴以下安全标志,告知所有使用、维护和靠近设备的人员注意以下安全事项。

In order to ensure safeproduction and normal operation of the equipment, users are advised to post thefollowing safety signs on the whole equipment to inform all personnel who use,maintain and approach the equipment to pay attention to the following safetymatters.

1.1焊接安全

本产品属于激光焊接设备,同时应遵守焊接设备的安全防护标准。

This productbelongs to laser welding equipment, and shall comply with the safety protectionstandards of welding equipment.

① 应该划分专门动火区域。

Special hot work areas should bedivided.


② 设备周围应禁止放置易燃易爆物品,避免安全隐患。

inflammable and explosive articlesshould be prohibited around the equipment to avoid potential safety hazards.


③ 操作人员应注意避免焊接导致的高温伤害。

Operators should pay attention toavoid high temperature injury caused by welding.


1.2激光安全

laser safety

① 本产品所搭配的激光器在工作时发出波长在1080nm或 1080nm附近的激光辐射,为不可见光,激光器分类以激光器厂商为准。

The lasers matched with this product emitlaser radiation with a wavelength of 1080nm or around 1080nm, which isinvisible light. The laser classification shall be subject to the lasermanufacturer.

② 高功率激光不可作为普通光源对待,应避免激光焊接头出光口直射人或易燃易爆物品。

High-power laser should not be treated as acommon light source, and direct exposure to people or inflammable and explosivearticles should be avoided at the light outlet of laser welding head.

③ 直接或间接地暴露于这样的光强度之下会对眼睛和皮肤造成伤害。尽管该光束不可见,其仍会对视网膜或眼角膜造成不可逆的损伤。在激光器运行时相关人员应该佩戴符合标准的对应波段激光防护镜。

Direct or indirect exposure to such light intensitywill cause harm to eyes and skin. Although the beam is invisible, it will stillcause irreversible damage to the retina or cornea. When the laser is running,the relevant personnel should wear laser protective glasses in thecorresponding band that meet the standards.

④ 高功率激光会使气体电解,产生电离辐射,相关人员应注意防护。

High-power laser will electrolyze gas andproduce ionizing radiation, and relevant personnel should pay attention toprotection.


1.3电气安全

electrical safety


① 本设备采用 110V~220V交流供电,用户应注意用电安全,避免触电隐患。

thisequipment adopts 110V~220V AC power supply, users should pay attention toelectricity safety, to avoid electric shock.

② 为保证设备正常运行、避免静电伤害和设备漏电,设备应采用安全接地措施,即把易导电部分连接到产品固定布线中的保护(接地)导线上,使易触及导电部分在基本绝缘失效时,也不会成为带电部分。视情况可以附加安全措施(例如双重绝缘或加强绝缘)。

In orderto ensure the normal operation of the equipment, avoid electrostatic injury andequipment leakage, the equipment should adopt safety grounding measures, thatis, connect the easily conductive part to the protective (grounding) conductorin the fixed wiring of the product, so that the easily accessible conductivepart will not become a live part when the basic insulation fails. Depending onthe situation, additional safety measures (such as double insulation orreinforced insulation) can be attached.

③ 本产品控制盒内不含有需要用户操作的配件,对于本产品的任何安装、维护、拆卸都应在开闸、断电的情况下进行。

Thecontrol box of this product does not contain accessories that need user'soperation. Any installation, maintenance and disassembly of this product shouldbe carried out when the gate is opened and the power is cut off.



二、   产品概述

本说明书包括 SUP25A系列双摆焊接头产品的基本功能,安装设置,操作使用和维护保养等各个环节的概括说明。

This manual includes a general description of the basicfunctions, installation, operation, use and maintenance of SUP25A series doublependulum welding head products.

焊接头以 M5X10L内六角螺丝 117x28mm矩形分布固定。

The welding headsare fixed with M5X10L hexagon socket head screws with a rectangulardistribution of 117 x 28mm.


2.1产品功能

3.1控制盒接线及接口定义

①【断丝检测-】、【断丝检测+】应分别独立连接枪头下端和工件。两端导通时认为焊丝未断。

【 Broken Wire Detection-】 and 【 Broken Wire Detection+】 shall be connected to the lower end of the lance head and theworkpiece independently. It is considered that the welding wire is not brokenwhen both ends are connected.


② 对上位机接线时,保持【焊接头出光开关 1】【焊接头出光开关 2】和【RS485-A】

【RS485-B】【GND】的连接就可以控制设备焊接。【预留口】及【断丝检测输出】为扩展功能,是否连接不影响设备的焊接功能。请根据使用需求和上位机的实际接口,选择性接线。

When wiring the uppercomputer, keep 【 welding head light switch 1 】 【 welding head light switch 2 】 and 【 RS485-A 】.

[RS485-B] [GND] connection cancontrol equipment welding. [Reserved port] and [Broken wire detection output]are extended functions, and whether they are connected or not will not affectthe welding function of the equipment. Please connect the wires selectivelyaccording to the use requirements and the actual interface of the uppercomputer.


③为避免设备用电异常,开关电源的地线务必有效接地!开关电源外壳必须接地!

In order to avoid abnormalpower consumption of equipment, the ground wire of switching power supply mustbe effectively grounded! The switch power supply housing must be grounded!


④图 3.1所用图标只指代某一类设备,并不特指对应产品。

The icons used in Figure 3.1only refer to a certain type of equipment, not the corresponding products.

3.1.1   控制盒-电源

Control box-powersupply

供电端使用 5P接口(随机附带),使用随机附带的24V开关电源和±15V开关电源供电。

The powersupply terminal uses 5P interface (included), and uses 24V switching powersupply and ±15V switching power supply included.

安装时,请注意 15V开关电源区分正负极,V1接+15V,V2接-15V,15V开关电源上的任意 COM接 2号脚GND!

Wheninstalling, please pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the 15Vswitching power supply. V1 is connected to +15V, V2 is connected to -15V, andany COM on the 15V switching power supply is connected to pin GND!

开关电源必须接地线!

The switchingpower supply must be grounded!

3.2.1光纤头连接

Optical fiber head connection

产品【QBH】接口适用于大部分工业激光器,安装时应注意:

The product [QBH] interface is suitable for mostindustrial lasers. During installation, attention should be paid to:

① 保持器件内外清洁;

Keep the device clean inside and outside;

② 安装时光纤头同【QBH】水平放置;

During installation, the optical fiber head is placedhorizontally with 【 QBH 】;

③ 以图 3.4中【上锁】、【开锁】刻度为准,先旋转松开 QBH,插入光纤头后再锁紧。锁紧后光纤头置于【QBH】内无摇晃。

According to the scales of 【Locking 】 and 【 Unlocking 】 in Figure 3.4, rotate and loosen QBH first, and then lock it afterinserting the optical fiber head. After locking, the optical fiber head isplaced in 【 QBH 】 withoutshaking.

3.2.2水路、气路连接

Waterway and gasconnection


【水路】、【气路】接口设有φ6mm快速接头,直插即可。冷却系统分焊接头的水路部分和光纤头的水路部分,两者串联,如下图所示:

The 【 Waterway 】 and 【 Gas Road 】interfaces are provided with φ6mm quick connectors, which can be inserteddirectly. The cooling system is divided into the waterway part of the weldinghead and the waterway part of the optical fiber head, which are connected inseries, as shown in the following figure:

3.2.3控制盒连接

双摆焊接头与控制盒通过随机附带的【7 芯航插系统连接线】连接。控制盒接线定义见上【驱动器接口】。

The double pendulum welding head is connected with the controlbox through the attached [7-core aerial insertion system connecting line]. See[Driver Interface] for the definition of control box wiring.


3.2.4   CCD模组连接

屏幕尺寸 161mmX196mm,背后设有 M4x4的螺孔以 75mmx75mm 不止,中间设有卡槽用以固定【多用夹头】。

Thescreen size is 161mmX196mm, the screw hole with M4x4 at the back is more than75mmx75mm, and there is a slot in the middle to fix the 【 multi-purpose chuck 】.

未标注或预留口不影响使用,不用接线。

Unmarked orreserved ports do not affect the use, and no wiring is needed.


四、   产品操作界面

Product operation interface


本章将介绍机身的 4 寸屏幕和与主控板连接的 7 寸屏幕操作界面。

This chapter will introduce the 4-inch screen of thefuselage and the 7-inch screen operation interface connected with the maincontrol board.

4.1首页

Home Page

用以显示当前工艺、报警信息和调整主要输出信号。

Used to displaythe current process, alarm information and adjust the main output signal.

①【激光使能-开/关】:控制、表示是否输出【激光器出光使能信号】。

【 LaserEnable-On/Off 】: controls and indicates whether to output【 Laser Light Enable Signal 】.


②【指示红光-点/线】:控制、表示振镜电机是否摆动,调节红光为【点】或【线】,不影响红光有无。

【 Indicating red light-point/line 】: It controls and indicates whether the galvanometer motor swings,and adjusts the red light to 【 point 】 or 【 line 】, whichdoes not affect the presence or absence of red light.


③【焊接模式-点焊/连续】:通常使用【连续】,【点焊】为根据设置页参数的间断出光,用于鱼鳞纹焊接。

【 Welding Mode-Spot Welding/Continuous 】: Usually 【 Continuous 】 is used, and 【 Spot Welding 】 refers to intermittent lighting according to the set pageparameters, which is used for fish-scale welding.


④【送丝-运行/停止】:通过【通讯口】与【送丝机】通讯后,用来切换送丝状态,无需送丝时可切为【停止】不用额外调试送丝机。【未连接】则无作用。

【 Wire feeding-running/stopping 】: It is used to switch the wire feeding state after communicatingwith the wire feeder through the communication port, and it can be switched to 【 Stop 】 without additional debugging of thewire feeder when wire feeding is not needed. [Not connected] has no effect.


⑤【工艺图形】:对应当前工艺扫描图形。

【 ProcessGraphics 】: Scan graphics corresponding to the currentprocess.


⑥【IO工艺-开/关】:控制启用“IO口切换工艺参数”的工艺模式。“IO口”指【预留口】的【输入1、2、3】。

【IO Process-On/Off 】: Controland enable the process mode of "IO port switching processparameters". "IO port" refers to [Input 1, 2, 3] of [reservedport].


⑦【断丝状态】:表示当前的焊丝通断状态。

【 Broken wirestate 】: indicates the current on-off state of weldingwire.

4.2   工艺页

用以选择工艺图形,和调整工艺参数。

Used to select processgraphics and adjust process parameters.


①【扫描速度】:聚焦光斑移动的线速度,影响焊接质量。以【圆形】【直径】3mm为例,通常设为 200~600。【焊接速度】增大,【扫描速度】对应增大。

[Scanning speed]: Thelinear speed of moving the focused light spot affects the welding quality. Take[circle] [diameter] 3mm as an example, which is usually set to 200~600. Whenthe welding speed increases, the scanning speed correspondingly increases.


②【峰值功率】:出光时的最大功率,或称加工功率、焊接功率。

[Peak power]: the maximum power when the lightcomes out, or machining power and welding power.


③【占空比、脉冲频率】:通常设【占空比 100%】【脉冲频率 2000】。可根据激光器特性通过调节占空比和脉冲频率改变等效加工功率,通常不做调节。

【 Duty ratio, pulsefrequency 】: Generally 【 Dutyratio 100% 】 【 pulse frequency 2000 】 is set. The equivalent machining power can be changed by adjustingthe duty ratio and pulse frequency according to the characteristics of thelaser, usually without adjustment.


④【直径、宽度、高度】:对应光斑的几何尺寸,控制光斑大小。视焊缝大小调节。

【 Diameter, width and height 】: Control thespot size according to the geometric size of the spot. Adjust according to weldsize.


⑤【旋转角度】:控制光斑绕几何中心旋转。通常不调节。

【 Rotation Angle 】: Control the light spot torotate around the geometric center. Usually not adjusted.


⑥【送丝机-已连接/未连接】:表示焊接板与送丝板的通讯状态,主控板通过【通讯口】与送丝机连接。【已连接】时点击进入送丝机参数页面。【未连接】则无作用。

【 Wirefeeder-connected/unconnected 】: indicates thecommunication state between the welding plate and the wire feeder, and the maincontrol board is connected with the wire feeder through the 【 communication port 】. Click [Connected] toenter the parameter page of wire feeder. [Not connected] has no effect.


⑦【工艺图案】:提供 6 种工艺图案,点击切换。

【 Process pattern】: Six process patterns are provided, and click toswitch.

用以调整工艺组,配合外部控制来切换工艺参数。

Used to adjustthe process group and switch the process parameters with external control.

①工艺参数见【4.2工艺页】。

②【送丝机】:可在此页面快速调节送丝机参数。设置焊接时是否送丝。

【 Wire feeder 】: You can quickly adjust the parameters of wire feeder on this page.Set whether to feed wire when welding.


③【工艺图形】:提供6 种工艺图案。

[Processpattern]: Six process patterns are provided.


④【工艺组】:最多可保存 8组工艺参数组。焊接时可以通过 IO组合切换不同工艺组,实现功率调节、宽度调节、送丝速度调节等(不支持调节图形)。

Process Group: up to 8 process parameter groups can besaved. During welding, different process groups can be switched through IOcombination to realize power adjustment, width adjustment, wire feeding speedadjustment, etc. (graphic adjustment is not supported).


⑤【工艺编码】:工艺编码与工艺组对应关系入表4.2。

[Process Code]:See Table 4.2 for the corresponding relationship between process code andprocess group.

用以设置出厂参数,包括设备的功率和报警电平等。

Used to set factory parameters, including powerand alarm level of equipment.

①【激光器功率】:以激光器实物为准。

[Laser power]:It is subject to the actual laser.


②【送丝延时补偿】:提前送丝。例:设1000则按扳机后,先送丝 1s之后再出光。

【 Delay compensation of wire feeding 】: wire feeding in advance. Example: If it is set to 1000, press thetrigger, feed the wire for 1s before the light comes out.


③【X/Y校正】:校正系数=目标线宽/测量线宽,用以调整实际光斑大小,使之与系统显示一致。

[X/Ycorrection]: correction coefficient = target line width/measured line width,which is used to adjust the actual spot size to make it consistent with thesystem display.


④【X/Y轴中心偏移】:【-】表示左移,【+】表示右移。用以调节光斑使居中。

[X/Y axis centeroffset]: [-] means left shift, [+] means right shift. Used to adjust the spotto center.


⑤【开气延时】:于出光前,提前出气。

【 Open air delay】: Vent air in advance before the light comes out.


⑥【关气延时】:于关光后,延后关气。

【 Delay of gasclosing 】: After the light is turned off, the gasclosing is delayed.


⑦【开光/关光功率】【开光/关光渐进时间】:如图,【开光渐进时间 T1】表示从

【开光功率 N1】升到【峰值功率 N3】的时间,【关光渐进时间 T2】表示从【峰值功率 N3】降到【关光功率 N2】的时间。

【 ON/OFF power 】【 ON/OFF gradual time 】: As shown in thefigure, 【 ON gradual time T1 】means from

The time when 【 on power N1 】 rises to 【 peak power N3 】, and 【 off gradual time T2 】 indicates the time when 【 peak power N3 】 falls to 【 off power N2 】.

⑧【温度阀值】:最大70℃,该值设为 0 时,不检测温度报警。

【 TemperatureThreshold 】: The maximum temperature is 70℃. When thisvalue is set to 0, no temperature alarm will be detected.


⑨【报警电平-高/低】:不使用时设为低电平,根据外部设备设置。

【 AlarmLevel-High/Low 】: Set it to low level when not in use,and set it according to external equipment.


⑩【断丝检查时间】:设为“0”时,输出口实时表示断丝状态,断丝时为 0V,未断丝为 24V。设为“1000”ms时,只在停止出光后的 1000ms内检查断丝转态并输出信号。

【 brokenwire inspection time 】: When it is set to"0", the output port indicates the broken wire state in real time,with 0V for broken wire and 24V for unbroken wire. When it is set to"1000" ms, the broken wire is checked and the signal is output onlywithin 1000”ms after the light is stopped.


⑪【点焊类型-间断/鱼鳞】:【鱼鳞】适用于鱼鳞纹焊接,【间断】适用于分段焊接。

【 Spot weldingtype-discontinuity/fish scale 】: 【 fish scale 】 is suitable for fish scalewelding, and 【 discontinuity 】is suitable for sectional welding.


⑫【点焊持续时间】【点焊间隔时间】:如图,【T1】不出光,【T2】出光。

【 Spot welding duration 】【 Spot weldinginterval 】: As shown in the figure, 【 T1 】 does not emit light, 【 T2 】 emits light.

①其中【480x480小界面】上的【控制器系统】指控制盒内【主控板】【驱动器】指枪体内【驱动板】。

The [controller system] on the [480 x 480 smallinterface] refers to the [main control board] and [driver] in the control boxrefers to the [driving board] in the gun body.


②【设备授权】用于设备加密。

【 equipmentauthorization 】 is used for equipment encryption.


4.5诊断页

此模式只能做单【输出信号】输出,用于在安全情况下判断主控板各输出信号是否正常,此模式无法出光。

This mode can only be used for single [output signal]output, which is used to judge whether the output signals of the main controlboard are normal under safe conditions, and this mode cannot emit light.


4.6 送丝页

当设备与送丝机通讯时,可以进入【送丝机界面】,用以快速调节送丝参数。无通讯时,无法进入此界面,此功能不生效。

When theequipment communicates with the wire feeder, it can enter the Wire FeederInterface to quickly adjust the wire feeding parameters. When there is nocommunication, you cannot enter this interface, and this function will not takeeffect.

①【连续模式参数】只在【连续模式】时生效,【脉冲模式参数】同理。

【 Continuous Mode Parameter 】only takes effect in 【 Continuous Mode 】, and the same is true for 【 Pulse ModeParameter 】.

②【通用参数】全局生效。

【 generalparameters 】 global effect.


五、   产品日常维护

Daily maintenance ofproducts


1.   建议用户一个月给冷水机更换一次水,有效防止枪体内部水管堵塞,水质要求为纯净水或者蒸馏水,低温状态下需添加防冻液。

Usersare advised to change the water in the water cooler once a month to effectivelyprevent the water pipes inside the gun body from being blocked. The waterquality should be pure water or distilled water, and antifreeze should be addedat low temperature.

2.   镜片维护更换时需要保证在相对干净的现场环境中进行。在进行打开保护镜,聚焦镜仓盖,抽出镜片支架等开放式操作时,应当做好防护(使用美纹纸盖住)。所有枪型对应的不同镜片的更换方法在微信小程序→超强伟业→镜片安装中查看。

Thelens maintenance and replacement should be carried out in a relatively cleanfield environment. When opening the protective lens, focusing the lens cover,pulling out the lens bracket and other open operations, it should be wellprotected (covered with masking paper). The replacement methods of differentlenses corresponding to all gun types can be found in WeChat applet → SuperWeiye → Lens Installation.

3.在使用时,请轻拿轻放。对于复杂的生产环境,请及时清灰。

Please handle with care when using. For complexproduction environment, please clean the ash in time.
