How to select and install air pressure alarm

当气瓶没有气体时，机器工作实现实时报警，可以使用本功能

When there is no gas in the gas cylinder, the machine works to realize real-time alarm, and this function can be used.

一.气压报警器的选型：

需使用无源的常开/常闭类，因此可选择膜片式可调压力开关，建议使用型号[QPM11NO常开]

如您使用的报警器为有源高低电平输出，请使用继电器转接为无源信号

I. Selection of air pressure alarm:

Passive normally open/normally closed type is required, so diaphragm type adjustable pressure switch can be selected, and the model [QPM11NO normally open] is recommended.

If the alarm you use has active high-low level output, please use relay to switch it to passive signal.

二.报警逻辑：

在焊接动作开始后，按照预定设置的电平来检测信号接口一的1/2脚的电平

II. Alarm logic:

After the welding action is started, the level of 1/2 pin of signal interface 1 is detected according to the preset level.

三.安装方案：

1.气压报警器应接在气阀出气端

2.两根无源信号线接在信号接口一的1/2脚

3.如使用型号为常闭，则系统设置里面的气压报警电平为高电平有效，否则设置为低

III. Installation scheme:

1. The air pressure alarm should be connected to the outlet end of the air valve.

2. Two passive signal lines are connected to 1/2 pin of signal interface 1.

3. If the use model is normally closed, the air pressure alarm level inside the system is set to high level, otherwise it is set to low level.
