How to adjust the red light bias: cleaning the head

请注意：

1.只有在红光为一条线的时候可通过下列方法调试，如果红光为点，请参照线变点处理方案‍，因为不摆动的时候也有可能会偏

2.如果从保护镜那边看到是一团光而非一条线，则考虑是否为反射镜断裂

3.请务必确认15V电源状态是正常

Please note:

1. Only when the red light is a line, it can be debugged by the following methods. If the red light is a point, please refer to the line change point treatment scheme, because it may be biased when it does not swing.

2. If you see a mass of light from the protective mirror instead of a line, consider whether the mirror is broken.

3. Please make sure that the state of 15V power supply is normal.

一.安装矫正器

请将图1 枪头下方的“校准器”拆卸安装在如图2 所示校准位置。

I. Installation of orthotics

Please disassemble and install the "calibrator" under the gun head in Figure 1 in the calibration position as shown in Figure 2.

二.更换匹配的调红光镜片

2.1.SUP21C用F50准直镜片放在保护镜位置

2.2.SUP22C用F60准直镜片放在聚焦镜位置

【务必注意，以上使用的准直为D20，请勿直接用原枪头的配件（D16）测试】

首页-关闭指示红光-此时红光是一个点，然后调整

II. Replace the matching red light adjusting lens.

2.1.SUP21C is placed in the protective mirror position with F50 collimating lens.

2.2.SUP22C is placed in the focusing lens position with F60 collimating lens.

[It must be noted that the collimation used above is D20, so please do not directly test it with the fittings (D16) of the original gun head]

Home-Turn off the indicator red light-At this time, the red light is a point, and then adjust it.

三.设置调整

点击屏幕设置页【激光中心偏移右的数值】进入【偏移校正】，输入正数为右移，输入负数为左移。根据实际情况调整参数，直到红光居中。

III. Setting adjustment

Click on the screen setting page 【 Value of Laser Center Offset Right 】 to enter 【 Offset Correction 】. Enter a positive number to move to the right and a negative number to move to the left. Adjust the parameters according to the actual situation until the red light is in the middle.

校正结束，将校准器装回，同时更换回原镜片，开始正常清洗。

After calibration, put the calibrator back, replace the original lens at the same time, and start normal cleaning.
