Welding joint problem handling: no wire feeding

    运行逻辑:送丝机通过尾部的两芯插头信号线,接到控制盒的信号接口二的5/6脚,系统运行时控制盒主板内置继电器吸合后5/6导通,送丝机开始工作(即5/6脚控制通断)


Operation logic: the wire feeder is connected to pin 5/6 of the signal interface II of the control box through the two-core plug signal line at the tail. When the system is running, the built-in relay on the main board of the control box is turned on after 5/6, and the wire feeder starts to work (that is, the pin 5/6 controls on and off).


当出现出气出光但不送丝的情况下:

首先看送丝机的设置,脉冲参数是否正常,按照如图设置红框内的数据均为0(个别版本没有脉冲功能,可以不用设置)


When there is outgassing but no wire feeding:

First of all, look at the settings of the wire feeder and whether the pulse parameters are normal. Set the data in the red box as shown in the figure to be 0 (individual versions do not have pulse function, so you don't need to set it).



以上没有问题后,我们首先判定一下送丝机的控制有没有问题,点击送丝机的前面板【手动送丝】,观察送丝轮是否在运转

①如送丝机不运转,送丝机本身有问题,拆开控制盒的侧盖板,按住【手动送丝】的同时,测量电路板的电机端电压,有电压换电机,没电压换主控板


After there is no problem above, let's first determine whether there is any problem with the control of the wire feeder, click on the front panel of the wire feeder to see if the wire feeder wheel is running.

① If the wire feeder doesn't work and there is something wrong with the wire feeder itself, disassemble the side cover of the control box, and measure the terminal voltage of the motor on the circuit board while pressing 【 Manual Wire Feeding 】. If there is voltage, change the motor, but there is no voltage to change the main control board.



②如送丝机运转,继续按照下面的操作进行:用一根线短接送丝信号端口,如送丝机不运转,则可以判定送丝机主板有问题,此时需要更换送丝机主板


②If the wire feeder is running, continue to follow the following operation: short the wire signal port with a wire; if the wire feeder is not running, it can be judged that there is something wrong with the main board of the wire feeder, and the main board of the wire feeder needs to be replaced at this time.


如送丝机运转,则可以判定送丝机没问题,检查系统主板主板和信号线的问题


If the wire feeder is running, it can be judged that there is no problem with the wire feeder, and the problems of the system motherboard and signal line can be checked.


在控制盒上拔掉送丝机的信号线(信号接口二的5/6角),焊接状态下测量5/6角通断(个别机型可以适用诊断功能打开IO口)

如果此时是通路状态,则排除系统主控板问题,一般为信号线断路,可以使用万用表再次确认

如果焊接状态下依然是断路状态,则说明主板有问题了,联系售后处理


Unplug the signal wire of the wire feeder (angle 5/6 of signal interface II) on the control box, and measure the on-off of angle 5/6 in the welding state (individual models can apply the diagnostic function to open the IO port).

If it is in the access state at this time, the problem of the main control board of the system is ruled out, usually the signal line is open, and the multimeter can be used to confirm it again.

If the welding state is still open circuit, it means that there is something wrong with the motherboard, contact after-sales treatment.


当主控板出现问题时,可由信号接口二的3/4脚控制外置继电器来控制送丝机的信号线通断用于临时使用,接线定义如下(送丝机两芯信号使用继电器的常开脚)


When there is a problem with the main control board, the external relay can be controlled by the 3/4 pin of the signal interface II to control the signal line of the wire feeder for temporary use. The wiring definition is as follows (the normally open pin of the relay is used for the two-core signal of the wire feeder).
