Welding joint problem handling: gas can't emit light.

表现：

  焊接状态时，扣动扳机后，出气送丝，红光正常可见，但是不出激光

Performance:

In the welding state, after pulling the trigger, the gas is vented to feed the wire, and the red light is normally visible, but no laser is emitted.

原因分析：

  逻辑上，当出气时，出光信号也会发出去的，当激光器未收到出光信号（端口故障）或激光器有问题时也不出激光

Cause analysis:

Logically, when outgassing, the light signal will also be sent out, and when the laser does not receive the light signal (port failure) or the laser has problems, it will not emit laser.

解决方案

1.首先激光器不报警不代表没有问题

2.原则上当控制盒的使能/模拟量/PWM三组信号发出去以后，激光器就会出光，因此，我们可以看一下监测页

2. In principle, when the enable/analog /PWM signals of the control box are sent out, the laser will emit light, so we can have a look at the monitoring page.

待机状态下，输出信号为0，不会有任何浮动

工作状态下，输出信号均有数值，这样表明控制盒正常，问题出现在外部，直接联系激光器厂家处理

In standby mode, the output signal is 0, and there will be no fluctuation.

Under the working condition, the output signals all have numerical values, which indicates that the control box is normal, and the problem appears externally, so contact the laser manufacturer directly for handling.

我们可以在【工作状态下，即出气or出丝】或者使用【诊断功能，独立打开使能/PWM/模拟量】，然后测量信号是否发出来

（测量时请务必拔掉信号接口三的各端口上激光器的线，如图所示）

We can turn on the enable /PWM/ analog independently in [working state, that is, air outlet or wire outlet] or use [diagnostic function], and then measure whether the signal is sent.

(When measuring, be sure to unplug the line of the laser on each port of signal interface 3, as shown in the figure).

使能信号：2/4脚 24V

PWM调制解调信号：6/7脚 24V

模拟量信号：4/5脚 等比例电压，满功率下有10V

Enable signal: 2/4 pin 24V

PWM modulation and demodulation signal: 6/7 pin 24V

Analog signal: 4/5 feet equal proportional voltage, 10V at full power.

如果以上信号正常，依旧不出光，则联系激光器厂家处理

If the above signals are normal and still do not emit light, contact the laser manufacturer for processing.

如使能/PWM其中一个没电压，可以放在一起使用，如PWM接使能信号脚

如模拟量没有电压，且红光是一条线，返厂维修或更换主板

如模拟量没有电压，且红光是一个点，则检查15V开关电源±是不是接反了

If one of the enable /PWM has no voltage, it can be used together, such as PWM connected to the enable signal pin.

If the analog has no voltage and the red light is a line, return to the factory for repair or replacement of the motherboard.

If the analog has no voltage and the red light is a point, check whether the 15V switching power supply is connected backwards.
