Welding joint problem handling: no safe ground lock signal.

表现:

  焊接枪与工件接触时,检测页【安全地锁信号】显示为灰色


Performance:

When the welding gun contacts the workpiece, the detection page [Safe Lock Signal] is displayed in gray.


原因分析:

  焊接枪与工件接触时,信号接口一的5/6脚应导通状态,当出现断路或主板内部问题,则显示为灰色,结构如下图


Cause analysis:

When the welding gun is in contact with the workpiece, the 5/6 pin of signal interface 1 should be in a conducting state. When there is an open circuit or an internal problem of the motherboard, it will be displayed in gray. The structure is shown in the following figure.


逻辑

5脚连到安全地锁夹头,与工件接触

6脚通过三芯线连接到焊接枪枪头

Pin 5 is connected to the safety lock chuck and contacts with the workpiece.

The pin 6 is connected to the gun head of the welding gun through a three-core wire.



故障处理:

同时测试扳机信号是否正常,个别情况为航空插口松动,会导致两个信号都没有,航插位于焊接枪的线往后80cm处

直接短接信号接口一的5/6脚,如导通则主板没问题,继续下一步的检查

测量安全地锁夹子到5脚的通断

测量铜嘴到6脚的通断,个别情况为线断了,可使用万用表测量信号通断


Troubleshooting:

① At the same time, test whether the trigger signal is normal. In some cases, the aviation socket is loose, which will lead to no two signals. The aviation socket is located 80cm behind the welding gun line.

② Directly short the 5/6 pin of signal interface 1. If it is connected, the motherboard will be fine, and continue the next inspection.

③ Measure the on-off of the safety lock clip to pin 5.

④ measure the on-off of copper nozzle to pin 6. In some cases, the wire is broken, and a multimeter can be used to measure the on-off signal.
