Welding joint problem: abnormal signal of safety lock or trigger button

本文适用以下问题表现:


①.在不扣动扳机的时候,扳机信号常亮

②.在安全地锁未接触到工件时,安全地锁常亮

③.没有以上动作的时候,自动出光

④安全地锁和扳机信号均不导通


This article applies to the following problems:

① When the trigger is not pulled, the trigger signal is always on.

② When the safety lock does not touch the workpiece, the safety lock is always on.

原因分析与处理

关于①/②的处理,通过拔掉信号接口一的信号脚,如存在【安全地锁信号】及【扳机按钮信号】有一个或两个都亮的情况下,则直接更换主控板,如果拔掉不亮了,则说明是外部线路短路,通过万用表测量对应的通断即可,具体的电路逻辑参见安全地锁扳机按钮

For ①/② processing, unplug the signal pin of signal interface 1. If one or both of [Safe Ground Lock Signal] and [Trigger Button Signal] are on, directly replace the main control board. If it is not on, it means that the external circuit is short-circuited, and the corresponding on-off can be measured by multimeter. 关于③的处理,由于必须满足两个条件才会出光,当主板正常的时候出现突然出光的情况,可通过监测页面查看【安全地锁信号】及【扳机按钮信号】,在不扣动扳机且没有搭铁的情况下,突然导通,多数是因为受到了外界干扰而导致信号闭合,从而系统出光


As for the treatment of ③, light will come out only when two conditions are met. When the main board is normal, light will suddenly come out. You can check 【 Safe Lock Signal 】 and 【 Trigger Button Signal 】 through the monitoring page. When the trigger is not pulled and there is no ground, it will suddenly turn on, mostly because the signal is closed due to external interference, thus the system will light out.


关于④的处理,如果扣动扳机,监测页面扳机按钮不亮,且搭铁后安全地锁不亮,检查枪下面80CM处的插头是不是掉了


Regarding the treatment of ④, if the trigger is pulled, the trigger button on the monitoring page will not light up, and the safety lock will not light up after grounding. Check whether the plug at 80CM below the gun is dropped.


根本原因的产生:


由于该器件主要作用是防护电压过大导致主板内部器件烧毁且此处电压正常不会超过电源电压。因此,多数是客户现场环境导致有较强静电或者瞬间高电压将其击穿导致①②③问题点的产生


The root cause:

Because the main function of this device is to protect the internal devices of the motherboard from burning due to excessive voltage, and the normal voltage here will not exceed the power supply voltage. Therefore, most of them are caused by strong static electricity or instantaneous high voltage in the customer's site environment, which leads to the emergence of ① ② ③ problem points.


建议和改善措施:


1 建议客户保持焊接平台接地良好机器外壳接地良好。必要时单独打地桩,或更换5.8以上的控制主板

2 焊枪在不使用时放在指定位置,不要随意放置。

3 佩戴静电防护设备,对人员及机器都有一定的保护作用。


Suggestions and improvement measures:

1.Customers are advised to keep the welding platform grounded well and the machine shell grounded well. If necessary, pile the ground separately, or replace the control motherboard of 5.8 or above.

2.When not in use, put the welding torch in the designated position, and don't place it at will.

3.Wear electrostatic protection equipment, which has a certain protective effect on personnel and machines.
