焊接头问题处理：电机摆动异常（中英）

问题现象：

Problem phenomenon:

通电后焊接头尾部电机出现啸叫/摆动红光异常/发热/无法调整摆动宽度

After powering on, the welding head and tail motor has a howling sound/swing red light abnormality/heat/unable to adjust the swing width

问题原因与解决方案：

Causes and solutions to the problem:

控制盒内的驱动器控制电机摆动，当出现信号错误或者驱动器与电机不匹配的情况下，可能出现以上问题，

我们应首先检查个接线是否正常，然后再通过调整电机驱动来处理异响，具体如下

The drive in the control box controls the motor swing, which can occur when there is a signal error or the drive does not match the motor.

We should first check whether the wiring is normal, and then deal with abnormal noise by adjusting the motor drive, as follows

①驱动器与电机的连接线端子接触不良（SUP20S款）

在SUP20S的焊接枪，采用了连接端子内置的方式，接触不良可能导致信号的异常从而引起啸叫，尝试重新拔插

(1) Poor contact between the connection wire terminal of the driver and the motor (SUP20S model)

In the welding gun of SUP20S, the method of connecting the terminal is built-in, and poor contact may cause abnormal signal and cause howling, try to re-insert

②驱动器与电机的连接线五芯航插有断路（SUP15S款）

在SUP15S的焊接枪上，电机信号和电源通过航插接口连接（两根黑色的线），应拆开航插接口，检车各焊接引脚是否有断裂或虚焊

(2) The connection line between the drive and the motor has an open circuit in the five-core aviation plug (SUP15S model)

On the welding gun of SUP15S, the motor signal and power supply are connected through the aviation plug interface (two black wires), the aviation plug interface should be disassembled, and the welding pins of the car should be checked whether there is a break or virtual welding

③前提：如果摆动是正常的，没有出现红光闪烁的情况，且接线确认没问题，那说明是驱动器与电机不匹配或干扰

这种出现在新装设备或更换枪头的设备上，可以通过调整驱动的电位器来改善。

电位器位置：Y轴（下图左侧）插头上方从左到右，第七个的位置

(3) Premise: If the swing is normal, there is no red light flashing, and the wiring is confirmed to be fine, it means that the drive and the motor do not match or interfere

This appearance, which appears on newly installed equipment or equipment with a replacement tip, can be improved by adjusting the potentiometer of the drive.

Potentiometer position: Left to right above the Y-axis (left side of the figure below), position of the seventh

调整方法：通电状态下用一字螺丝刀朝一个方向拧，如果超过10圈无反应，在拧回来复位，然后继续朝另外一个方向拧。

（如果调整第七个电位器无反应，那么久调整从左到右第四个）

Adjustment method: use a flat screwdriver in one direction when the power is on, if there is no response for more than 10 turns, it will be reset after screwing back, and then continue to screw in the other direction.

(If adjusting the seventh potentiometer does not respond, then adjust the fourth from left to right)
